How do I modify or cancel an order?

You can cancel pending orders directly through our Chat Support. Once an order is accepted by the kitchen, it cannot be modified.

What if I'm late to pick up my order?

For canteen orders, your food will be held for a reasonable time. For Grubzly deliveries to pickup points, our Bear will wait for a short period. We recommend being on time to ensure your food is fresh.

Can I get a refund if I don't like my food?

As per our Terms & Conditions, all sales are final. However, we take feedback very seriously. Please use the rating system on your orders page so we can address quality issues.
